Your First Visit
Your first visit to Skopek Orthodontics will be very informative. You will
spend the majority of your appointment with Dr. Skopek and Janet, our Treatment
Coordinator. Dr. Skopek will perform a complete examination, and then any
treatment recommendations that may be appropriate will be explained to
you.
Patient Forms
To help us speed up your initial examination, we are providing you with
medical/dental history forms that you may complete at your convenience. Please
bring this form to us at the time of your initial examination. We encourage you
to ask any questions you may have at this appointment and at any point
throughout treatment. The better we communicate, the better we can care for you
and your family. Your questions are always welcome.

options are available for making this investment affordable to most everyone,
and we will work with you to fit your individual needs.
Cost of treatment varies for each individual case and is based on
the severity of the problem, type of treatment and time of treatment. A fee
estimate will be given at the new patient exam, and a specific fee will be
presented after diagnostic records are reviewed and a thorough diagnosis is
performed.
We do everything we can to make it possible to afford orthodontic treatment
by being flexible in how its paid. We offer several different payment options
including third party financing as well as in house financing.
